A must have to help pass the test!!

It be nice if flash cards were organized by each book. Having to search just makes it stressful; especially when you have lots of information needed to learn in a small amount of time.

Don’t buy….. waste of money

not updated with current questions on the test.

I was advised by an instructor at Champions these cards would be very helpful for studying for my NMLS exam. These cards are geared almost exclusively for the real estate exam. The description on the app should have made this very clear or Champions should add a separate set of flash cards geared towards the NMLS exam.

I use this in conjunction with Prep agent and Compu Cram. I find this one is a very good quick on the go constant reminder of the things you need to remember or are having problems remembering. Very good. I like it.

Very helpful in understanding the verbiage and makes it easier to understand the study materials in the books

Just finished taking Champion RE finance test. These flash cards are definitely NOT going to prepare you for the test!! There many questions and terms in the flash card that were not even discussed in during the 2 day course!! And the stuff that was in the actual test and covered in the course is missing in the flash cards!!! So, why even put these flash cards out? And charge people for it?

Would have been better as multiple choice. This requires me to have internal monologues with myself. It’s not interactive enough.

It’s not really different from looking at my notes

Was hoping the flash cards had flip cards for terms in one section. Just feel like if you can’t get the terminology and know the definitions first then everything else starts to make sense and comes together

This investment of only $3 is clever. Champions truly want you to succeed. Thank you.

It makes no sense the flash cards are not grouped by class or at least make it an option!

It would be nice to be able to filter the topics according to the module being studied and tested eg Principles 2

Easy to use, saves time on writing notes! Easy access to study anywhere!

The Flash Cards app is good to use when you are on the go and do not have your study materials but just your phone. It does need to be updated though since TREC removed some of the material from the course and added some new material. I am having to scroll through some of the cards that are not valid 😳😤

I just started to study and thought I would purchase this app. I’m noticing some of the wording is off. However the point gets across; but what would really be nice is if multiple choice was an option as that’s how we will be doing the test. Other than that it’s good for definitions.

User friendly

The definitions aren’t always correct, sometimes they are misleading :-(

1. I would recommend having vocabulary words linked to each textbook. 2. I would add matching games with vocabulary words and different types 3. Also while going through vocabulary the ones you get wrong and correct can be placed in a file to review

Many of the “Definitions” are phrased oddly or in a misleading fashion.

Pretty good app. The application itself is very easy to work with. Worth the investment.

Yeah it’s simple but they got to make it more fun. Tests or quizzes of multiple choice would be better. Over all it’s the same stuff when you buy the cards already. Two stars for the little effort they put into this app

I like it but wish it was like Quizlet. Quizlet gives you the opportunity to learn different ways instead of just doing flash cards like this app.

The app is just flashcards you can find online for real estate tests. Its not worth any money when you can do a quick google search to find real estate flash cards. Half of the features say coming soon, and I opened it up 3 months later and still says the same thing. That is all that is in the app. If I could refund I would.

This app is great except for 1 thing. This App should allow you the option to categorize your Flash Cards by which book they correlate with, to make studying for each test a lot easier.

The content is good but it’s written very weird. You can tell it hasn’t been updated in awhile just because the cards are hard to understand and most of them have the answers in the definition:/

They really need to redo this app. Total waste of money.

When I click on the Flashcards the app only highlights words .... waste of money and frustrating!

You really cannot use these as flash cards - as they are intended - because on most of the cards, the answer is used in the question already. For example, Question: "Also called cold calling - telemarketing for listings in Texas is legal but requires a real estate license." Answer: "Telemarketing" See what happens there? Answer within the question means you aren't really testing your knowledge. This technique is used in MANY of the flash cards in this app. Champions School of Real Estate is awesome though, but their app, not so much.

Don't waste your money. Only gives a few definitions.

I tried using this to study and it's missing a ton of real estate vocabulary words. I ended up just using Google.

They're ok... I wish they repositioned when u turned your phone. It would also be great if there were practice tests

Such a wonderful and useful study tool for students. These will give you all of the terminology and definitions to expect on the exam. Highly recommended!!

Love the functionality of these digital flashcards! This App is helpful anywhere, anytime when preparing for the State exam and also as a reference to check terms even after obtaining a license. Great value for a great tool.

The content may or may not be good. I don't know because I can't access all the flash cards. When I try to move to the next card, two cards move instead of one, essentially making half the content unavailable. Clearly they did not test this app before release.

If I could choose from or back and mark cards I want to review later, this would be perfect.

This is a good start. It pretty much has what you need to study and review. For the price, I am very pleased with the app. 1). I'd like to be able to choose select\deselect topics, so I can concentrate on one section in which i'm less comfortable or select multiple sections to review those with which I'm already comfortable. 2) I'd also like to be able to switch cards on the answer page. Currently you can only switch cards on the question page. 3) A "look-up" function would be nice, so that the user could click a link to a resource for deeper understanding. Perhaps link to eBook versions of the text books (hint. hint). I think future licensees would be happy to make in-App purchases of Ebook veresions of the CSRE textbooks.

I like this app. It is very useful. I can see myself using this app even after I'm done with my exam. I recommend adding a feature that would allow users to mark cards they would like to review later. Overall, this app is great.
